Executive Briefing Centre Manager
London
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Executive Briefing Centre Manager. This is a contract role until June 2018 based in London Paddington.
Role Purpose
The Executive Briefing Centre Manager is responsible for delivering the Executive Briefings in the pipeline, managing the pre-Briefing preparation, and the on-the-day running of the Briefing to achieve strong customer satisfaction and high-quality experience. The EBC Manager also manages post-Briefing communications, and the day-to-day running of the Centre in London.
Key responsibilities
* Qualifying and approving new briefing requests.
* Working with the Sales team to ensure the agenda and content are finalised in good time.
* Organise logistical requirements, i.e. catering, security passes, etc.
* Provide on-the-day Briefing support including Centre / Briefing Room set-up
* Welcoming Customers/Partners/Account Teams/Speakers
* Be ever-present in the Briefing Centre for questions/support on logistics and arrangements
* Manage support teams to ensure every Briefing delivers a first class experience (catering, facilities, AV, cleaning)
* Set-up and deliver content for customers at the event (or post the event)
* Daily update of briefing evaluations and speaker metrics for weekly reporting
* Collate briefing feedback, consolidate and feedback to the Account Teams and Speakers
* Manage Executive Briefing Centre Calendar and mailboxes for the briefing rooms
* Manage customer logistical support if required (i.e. recommendations for hotels, travel, dinner arrangements).
* Track and control devices & collateral (e.g. briefing packs)
* Track and control facility maintenance and logging of issues
* Raise purchase orders for Centre as required - collateral, floristry, etc.
* Prioritise a digital experience over physical experience by keeping up-to-date with innovative customer experiences.
* Liaise with internal/external agencies regarding facility improvements
* Reporting - feed into programme updates and stakeholder reviews
* Contribute to wider CMO goals and projects to support other marketing activities.
* Occasional management of Thames Valley Park facility as required by team availability
Qualifications
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum
