Shift Production Manager, Hull. Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a successful manufacturing company based in Hull who is looking to recruit a Shift Production Manager for their busy operation.

Reporting to the Factory Manager you will be responsible for;

* Managing a team and developing talent in line with business plans
* Responsible for managing HR at factory floor level
* Ensuring health and safety standards are met and communicated throughout the team
* Delivering KPI information including yield targets
* Delivering production plans on time in full
* Auditing the department to ensure compliance

* Excellent knowledge and experience of managing and developing teams within fast moving manufacturing
* HACCP knowledge
* A team player
