Position: HR Business Partner
Salary/Rate: £35,000 - 40,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, full time

Adecco have an exclusive opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our National client primarily based in Andover. The successful candidate will assist and lead the on-site HR team and combine commercial focus with HR expertise to provide a robust HR generalist service.

This is an exciting time to join the team where you will have the opportunity to be instrumental in helping shape the HR function as it evolves with the growth and development of the site.

Key responsibilities:
* Work closely with key customers in a partnership capacity
* Coach and assist line managers to understand and effectively implement HR policies and procedures
* Work with other management teams (Training and Development, Recruitment)
* Manage key engagement projects and initiatives
* Deliver management training in various HR subject matters including recruitment, attendance management, disciplinary and grievance, equality and diversity;
* Provide HR support to management in high level disciplinary, performance management, grievance and appeal meetings

Skills and experience:
* CIPD qualified (or relevant professional / vocational qualifications);
* Demonstrable evidence of managing diverse and complex cases
* Effective and confident communication skills
* A natural ability to build strong relationships
* Confident decision maker who is able to work independently and act decisively
* Good organisation and delegation skills
* Proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources;

Desirable candidate:
* Retail experience - proven ability to manage and deal with high case load work (working in a fast paced environment)
* Proven experience working for a large / corporate organisation would be of a major advantage
