A team of part time Customer Support Advisors are required for this award winning Chester based business.

You will handle inbound calls from Customers and direct them to the correct part of the website to carry our their booking and provide information along the way.

You will also manage the live chat function - dealing with customer enquiries ensuring they are deal with in a professional and focused manner.

These are part time roles - hours available are between 18 and 30 with various shifts available. You must be flexible to work various hours including evenings and weekends.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience gained within a sales focused environment - if you have call centre experience where you have up-sold products as part of your role this would be beneficial. Web Chat experience would be an advantage but not essential.

This role offers a basic of £16,000 per annum pro-rata and a monthly target related bonus of up to £400 per month.
