COMPANY BACKGROUND:
A reputable and hardworking private medical clinic based in the heart of the city of London but with several clinics across London. This company has a great work ethic and you will be working with a fun and friendly team in a dynamic environment.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This is a permanent Practice Manager role with a huge potential to progress and develop and the role will be based at their City clinic. You will be managing a team including Receptionists and a Clinical Administrators as well as managing the clinic as a whole and dealing with any problems that may arise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is broken down into four main areas: The Patient Experience, Managing Staff, Operations and Regulatory Compliance.
DUTIES:
Managing the patient experience and ensuring an excellent outcome
Managing five members of staff, from recruitment to appraisals to dealing with temp agencies
Setting clinic standards
Coaching, mentoring and training
Have a thorough understanding of CQC and ensuring guidelines are adhered t0
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
To apply for this role you must have proven experience as a Practice Manager or Office Manager within one of the following industries:
Medical
Health
Beauty
Spa
5* Hotel
Sports
You will have managed staff previously and be an excellent communicator and ideally be available immediately.
