I am currently working with a key client of mine who are based in Derby on their latest vacancy of a PMO Manager. This is a chance for an experienced professional to facilitate the development of a brand new PMO function within one of my clients most successful UK departments.

Key Responsibilities will include;

- Implementing and maintaining governance across multiple projects
- Ensuring accurate reporting of; time, cost and quality to senior level board members
- Key stakeholder management
- Analysing project data to determine areas for potential project improvement

The ideal PMO Manager will;

- Have a minimum of 3 years in a similar PMO Management position
- Be well versed in facilitating business change and transformation and technical IT projects
- Ideally have previous experience in setting up PMO functions from scratch
- Have excellent time management and communication skills

The PMO Manager will be the sole PMO professional within the business and will, therefore, have the responsibility of ensuring the smooth running of each project undertaken by the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious PMO Manager to put their own stamp on an already highly successful business.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £40,000-£44,000 (DOE) with an extensive benefits package to go alongside.
