We have an opening for a Customer Service & Sales person for our expanding Bilston client.

Working in a modern and friendly sales office you will be supporting the team by working to KPI's and providing a key part in reaching company goals.

Duties will include -
Outbound calls selling a range of products
Developing and maintaining existing customer relationships
Researching and developing new business opportunities
Working to personal and company targets
Updating and maintaining accurate information on existing and prospect clients
Providing customer service, responding to queries and processing orders
Providing support to the team if required

The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, positive outlook, experience in B2B telesales, excellent communication and customer service skills.
