Job title: Central Support Team Leader
Reporting to: Central Support Manager
Location: Bristol, BS1 4XE
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. Will also include some weekend working on a rota basis.
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum DOE plus bonus potential
Newcross Healthcare provide staffing solutions to private healthcare establishments across the UK via our network of branches. Our Central Support team assist the branch network in booking healthcare staff into available shifts.

* Dynamic with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
* Confident communicating with both clients and employees to ensure a seamless service is provided when our branches need support
* Previous team management experience in a call centre or contact centre
* Desire to meet and exceed targets
* Experience within recruitment setting
* Previous experience in face paced environment
* Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
* Lead by example
* Excellent communicator
The role
As a Team Leader you will continually support the Central Support Manager as required. You will monitor, assess and develop your staff team and manage them on a daily basis from team briefings, 1-2-1 coaching and group sessions. You will assist with inducting new Central Support Team members, giving them the support require to hit the ground running in this fast paced role
