This well established regional contractor has an urgent requirement for a temporary Quantity Surveyor to work out of their office in Newton Abbott on hi-spec fit out contracts.

You should have a relevant qualification in building with over 5 years experience managing new build or refurbishment contracts. Your duties will include preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, final and interim accounts, payment of sub-contractors, client liaison and reporting progress to senior management.

This is initially a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension depending on performance.
