A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skills/Construction Assessor at a Private Training Company based in North London. The company is experiencing a period of growth and is currently recruiting for a full time assessor to start as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will be expected to assist candidates to meet requirements of the Awarding Body. You will assist them with portfolio building and evidence audits, motivate and encourage them and assess them fairly with the Quality framework of the NVQ programme.

The ideal applicant will:

Have experience assessing NVQs in Construction up to level 3
Have experience working on a 1-2-1 basis or small groups
Hold an A1 Assessors qualification or equivalent
Have a background/qualification in Carpentry/Brick/P&D/Plumbing/Tiling

You will conduct assessment needs of learners, provide appropriate information, advice, teaching and learning relevant to the individual and plan, manage and organise a caseload of learners through to course completion. It is essential that you are able to work closely with employers and curriculum staff to ensure timely completion and achievement.

Salary - £26 000 - £30 000 + excellent benefits package.
