JOB TITLE:
On-going Temporary Receptionist

SALARY:
£10-12hr

LOCATION:
City of London

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Receptionist you will be the face of a very established company and the first point of contact for all high level clients and employees. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards and always treat every client with upmost respect. You may be working alongside 1-4 other receptionists.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting and Greeting clients and guests
Diary management
Booking meeting rooms
Prep & Upkeep of meeting rooms
Administration support
Switchboard

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
To apply for this role you must have previous experience as a Receptionist within Professional Services and be available immediately for work. You will be ideally looking for a permanent role and be very friendly and welcoming.
