Opening Hours - 8am - 8pm Mon - Sun
Your Hours: 37.5 hours per week
In the role of Customer Service Advisor you will be liaising with business customers talking through renewals, upgrade queries, billings, handset and general enquiries. You will be the voice of the company so you will need to be friendly and professional to welcome all customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
* Dealing with inbound calls from customers
* Providing knowledge of all products and services to the customers
SKILLS FOR THE JOB
* Time management and organisational skills - ability to prioritise tasks quickly and efficiently
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will have regular contact with customers and 3rd parties
* High personal and work standards - attention to detail and accuracy of records
* Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
* You will have previous experience of customer service either face to face or over the phone
* Experience of using computer systems on a day to day basis
* Strong customer service experience
