Adecco Darlington are working with a local company based in Middlesbrough who are seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant.
Supporting the Management Accountant, you will be setting up new customer account records in Sage and completing full credit checks of new clients. Other duties include raising non-conformity reports and sales invoicing in Sage.
To be a successful candidate you must have experience of credit control and sales ledger invoicing. You'll also be updating Credit Hound with customer records and running weekly debtor reports, so previous use is desirable, but training can be provided.
The ideal candidate will be studying towards AAT, or be already qualified. You'll also be able to use Sage and have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, including pivot tables.
You'll be wiling to learn in an exciting office environment, won't be afraid to participate in discussions and play your part in an efficient team. With lunch provided daily and a smart uniform, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
My client is offering a salary in the range of £18000 to £22000, with Monday to Friday working hours.
