We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join an industry leading house builder based in Corby, Northamptonshire. This role is offering a base salary of around £25k with an OTE of £50k.

Duties will include:
- Ensuring smooth sales process of new homes
- Qualifying all new applicants
- Conducting viewings and close sales
- Progressing all sales through to completion

The ideal candidate:
- Will have new homes / estate agency sales experience
- Be well presented and very customer service focused
- Be a target driven individual with an ambitious mentality
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence.

Within this role you will be reporting into the Sales Manager, the working week will be based on a 7-day rota and hours will be discussed at the point of interview. On offer is a competitive package with a basic salary of around £25k, OTE £50k.

Price / Salary: £25000 - £50000/annum
