Senior Project Manager - Aylesbury - £95K : Residential Project Manager

My client one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to run a 2000 unit development near Aylesbury. This project is one of the top residential projects outside of London in the UK, and they are looking for a project manager who has run a large unit development over a large brownfield site. The candidate will also need vast experience with dealing with infrastructure, as there a lots of road adjustments and 278 works to be carried out.

This award winning client is looking for a Project Manager from a construction or development background, who has previously worked on large residential projects.

The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification or will come from a trade background with extensive experience gained on major residential projects. To be considered, you will have a consistent track record of delivery of similar schemes. With a proactive and hands on approach, you will be able to demonstrate your expertise throughout the build from start to completion - the project is to start in April, so there will be a nice lead in to the start of the project. It would be beneficial that your portfolio should include a large unit development on a brownfield site.
