Are you a graduate with SEN Teaching Assistant experience? Are you passionate about education and working with children? LTS Group are currently recruiting on behalf of schools within the London Borough of Enfield.

The ideal candidate should have

* A relevant degree (2.2 or above)
* Have experience working with children
* Have experience of managing children with ASD or SEBD
* Good behaviour management skills
* Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people

You should have previous experience of working with children with SEN as you will be required to support in the classroom or on a 1:1 basis. It is not essential for this experience to be in a school setting so could be a summer camp, mentoring tutoring, children's home.
