Electrical Project Manager

This is the second role advertised with this fantastic contractor, they are looking to grow their already large team within London and are offering a competitive package to bring in the right person.

I am currently working with a large international M&E Contractor on a high spec residential fit out project based in West London. This project is the first they have with this particular developer and so need to make sure it's delivered well to ensure they secure repeat business.

The job is to cover 20 units of high end residential fit out with an Electrical value of around £3.5m, it is currently at pre con stage with the work due to kick off in January.

They are looking for someone with a solid electrical background, ideally time served, that will be fully involved in driving the project as well as supporting the overall Project Director in client meetings and reporting.

The Role:

* Coordinating the installation of electrical services
* Overseeing the various projects through to commissioning and handover
* Management of the various sub contractors on site
* Liaising with architects and attending client meetings
* Ensure projects delivery and budget

Essential:

* SMSTS
* CSCS

Experience:

* Experience working as a Project Manager
* Electrical bias
