Electrical Build Team Leader
£15.60ph

Excellent opportunity for a confident Electrical Engineer to lead and motivate a team within a bespoke machinery build manufacturer. The work will be challenging and interesting working on a range of new and existing equipment in a targeted production environment. The role would suit someone with previous team leader experience or someone looking to move into a hands-on role with more responsibility.

Your role will include:
Leading, managing an motivating a team of electrical engineers
Allocation of work, ensuring production targets and mat and quality standards maintained
Ensuring health and safety legislation is adhered to
Hands on build f bespoke machinery
Resolving any build issues as they arise
Liaising with design and production regarding problems with production

As the Electrical Build Team Leader you will:
Be a confident team leader with excellent training and motivational skills
Come from a machinery build back ground
Have extensive experience of Electrical build, PLC and electrical components and strong fault finding and repair skills on circuits
Be able to read and interpret electrical schematics
Hold your 17th Edition qualification and inspection & test level 3 certificate
IOSH or NEBOSH certificate
Be fully conversant with single / 3 phase and AC/ DC circuits
Ideally have experience of leading a team
