Role: Soft Services Account Manager/Account Director
Hours: monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 Plus Package.

Our client is a Global FM provider and they are currently looking for a Soft Services Account Manager/Account Director to manage a large new corporate - commercial building in the city.

Main responsiblity of this role is to create/build and implement a complete Soft Services solution from scratch within this high spec building.

ROLE OUTLINE:
- Work with the customer and existing site team to provide a solution for demand based property management services within a Smart Building.
- Identify, build and project manage all aspects of a new building mobilisation within the property management arena (excluding security).
- Provide intuitive solutions through efficient working practices and technologies.
- Build a best in class property management team around the above requirements.
- Build strong relationships with the customer and their third party vendors.
- Reporting and updating to a wider audience progress and risks.
- Advise and provide strategic views on operational readiness post-occupation.
- Adopt a key role within the business in building and implementing the Operations Playbook to ensure BAU readiness alongside the customer
- Manage the Day 1 and mobilisation budgets in line with the customers expectations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Account Manager/Director or equivalent within building(s) over 750,000sqft.
- Solutions focused and problem solver.
- Ability to identify opportunities within the property management arena for growth.
- Worked within high profile corporate environments, banking/technology would be favourable.
- Mobilisation/transition experience within soft services/property management, portfolio consolidations would be favourable.
- Experience managing a team including third party resource.
- A deep understanding of all aspects of FM and how it can be used to improve the working environment.
- Most importantly - someone who wants to build and implement a solution from scratch within the worlds smartest building.
