Experienced Property Management Associate required for an immediate start based in Welwyn Garden City paying between £20000 and £23000.

You must be able to stay calm in every situation that is thrown at you. Always have a professional attitude to your clients. Fantastic comapny to work for.

Duties to include but not be limited to:

Liaising with both the landlords and tenants

Ensuring all properties meet current legislation requirements

Working along side the Head of Property management

General administrative duties

Dealing with general enquiries

The successful candidate will:

Have at least 1 years experience in property or letting sales a

Be able to build rapport easily

Demonstrate outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

Hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport

Previous experience within property would be beneficial but is not essential

Working hours are 8.45am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Some out of hours dialog may be required on occasion.
