To be working as part of a technical team on a social housing framework and prepar-ing planning applications and working drawing packages on a variety of projects ranging from single plot sites to 40-50 plot sites, all of which will be modelled in Revit.
We also have a few market housing clients so the successful candidate will have in-involvement in these projects

Also assisting in retail fit out projects for a major, national retailer.

Must be technically sound with an understanding of Building Regulations and have some experience of working up drawing packages under the direction of a team leader.

Min 5 years experience anticipated with an element of this preferably being in either the social/market housing or retail sector.

Experience
Revit (min 3 years active working experience);
Autocad;
Word, Excel etc.;
Photoshop, Sketchup, 3DS Max, Lumion etc. beneficial but not essential.

Working hours are Monday Friday 8am-5pm with some flexibility if needed.

Salary will very much dependent on the individual experience but could range between £22.5-£30k depending on experience.
