Position: Telesales Executive
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Type: Permanent, full time
Salary: £20,000 per annum (OTE - £32,000 year one) Generous commission structure

First Recruitment Services are seeking a number of professional and confident Telesales Executives for our client based in Maidstone.

Our client are market leading providers of corporate hospitality at major sporting events and concerts. Partnering with major sporting governing bodies and concert venues, they provide the backdrop for SME's and International firms to entertain their top clients, suppliers and staff. Merging sport, music, business and technology, our client pride themselves on their innovation, evolution and above all else their service.

The role

Working in a fast paced, proactive telesales team
B2B lead generation. Building a portfolio of clients and prospects from scratch
Researching businesses and approaching senior decision makers
Pitching, negotiating and closing deals
Building strong relationships - with general public as well as C-level executives
Managing new business pipeline and account manage existing clients
Adhere to KPI's and agreed GP
Telesales experience not essential - a good telephone manner and excellent understanding of the English language is paramount (both spoken and written).
Strong character and can-do attitude
Motivated, money hungry and the will to succeed
Proactive and committed to working towards agreed targets
Work well under pressure
Interest in sports and/or music would be an advantage

The package

Our client offers an industry leading salary, a strong commission and bonus structure as well as ad-hoc incentives throughout the year. Top performers can expect to earn an OTE of £30k in your first year - growing in all subsequent years. They always promote from within and there will be opportunities to grow with the company.
