Our client, an Intermational branded hotel situated in the heart of London area, is looking for a Deputy GM who can assist in the running of this high volume 4 star delux hotel. The role will focus on all areas of the venue, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, weddings and events.
With a large volume quality restaurant, busy lounge bar, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities this hotel is the flagship property of the group which is consistently developing. As Hotel Manager you will have the majority of the department heads reporting to you. Your role will be to coach, assist and develop your people whilst also delivering on gross overall profit and payroll conversion.
For this Hotel Manager role experience in a four star corporate hotel property to Operations management level is essential. You must be able to demonstrate that you lead from the front, along with the financial acumen to deliver on the numbers.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has management experience from a hight volum branded hotels background, and has knowledge across all sectors.
The role:
* To assist the GM in all areas of managing this property.
* The ability to take responsibility, oversee all departments of the hotel, and deal with any issues that may arise
* Manage, lead, direct and motivate a team across f&b, reception, house keeping and events
* Be confident overseeing the fine dining restaurant and weddings and functions when required
Experience required:
* The ideal candidate will have previous Managerial experience in a branded hotel, ideally 4 star background
* A strong F&B background
* Immaculate presentation and customer service skills
* A strong management presence and ability to take on responsibility and deputize for the GM
* You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be excellent conversing with guests
* Experience of managing or supervising bedrooms, housekeeping and reception
* Experience of running weddings and events
* The ability to manage self and work independently is a must
* You must be trustworthy and able to take on responsibility
* The desire to work in a quality environment and a beautiful operation
* The desire to work well as a team, support each other as well as working with a close-knit, good, established team
*The ability to assist in driving the venue forwards via excellent customer service skills

Salary & Package:
Up to £60,000 per annum Plus Bonus
