Mechanical & Energy Projects Engineer

Location: Shotton

Hourly Rate: £19.72 (PAYE) or £25.57 (LTD)

Randstad Engineering are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work for our worldwide client at there site in Shotton

The Company

This exiting business produces pre-coated hot dip galvanised, mild steel strip for use in the building envelope and domestic appliance markets and has products that are the in fore front of their field. The site has recently launched a new range of coated steels which is the latest in a range of products that keeps the site ahead of any competitors.

The Role

To help keep the manufacturing facilities improving there is a strong desire to reduce energy and utility consumption across site. There are a number of projects in this area that must be realised to achieve this, and to do this we require an additional mechanical & energy project engineer to deliver these schemes.

Suitable Experience

* must be qualified engineers (either via apprentice or academic routes)
* mechanical background
* proven track record of delivering projects or leading small multi-disciplinary teams.
* Experiences of facilities and services such as compressors, pumps, and piped services would be beneficial.
