We are an industry leading, fast-paced organisation and we are looking for a reliable, honest and professional candidate to join our Compliance Department.
This role is critical to our business by ensuring we deliver the best service possible to our customers during the business cycle from advertising, through to sales and ongoing customer care.
Key responsibilities
As the role holder, you will mainly be responsible for managing the complaint handling process ensuring complaints are handled in a timely manner and appropriately recorded. You will provide support, as required, to the Risk and Compliance Manager and prepare reports and management information on complaints. To be successful, you will demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all communications with customers. You must also be willing to get involved with various tasks and activities to support your manager.
Skills and Experience
Educated to at least GCSE-Level, you will be honest, reliable and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to proficiently manage your own workload, meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and colleagues at all levels.
Additional skills required are:
Ability to listen empathetically to customers
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to contribute positively to the team
A good standard of verbal and written English
Ability to organise and prioritise workload unsupervised
Awareness of the importance of the Data Protection Act
A minimum of two years experience in a complaint handling and/or compliance environment is required.
