An experienced marketing professional is required to assist the Business with Marketing and Communications both internally and externally. This is an opportunity to become a large cog in a small wheel.

Duties to be performed

Manage the website creating regular updates as projects progress
Create regular new reports for the website
Activate and manage Social Media channels
Create Project data sheets for uploading to website
Produce regular Business Newsletters for issue to client/contact database
Coordinate and manage marketing events
Attend selected events to assist in smooth running
Create, manage and update the database of contacts for the Business, using CRM System
Chair, minute and action monthly marketing meetings with senior management
Assist; as necessary, with client presentations for new business
Assist with the preparation of Fee Proposals
Implement Press Campaign with sector publications
Manage and implement entry into industry awards such as Best Place to Work in Property

Price / Salary: £30000 - £40000/annum
