Flux Talent are happy to be working with a forward thinking, innovative steel manufacturing business during a very exciting time. Our client is a rapidly growing business, launching a new factory and office and due to continued success and achievement they are now hiring across multiple areas and disciplines.

Job Title: Prefabrication Technical Sales/Detailer Construction Industry
Location: Hull

THE ROLE
You will be required to offer technical support/detailing on prefabricated cages to the Scotland and North East facilities along with proactively marketing and selling the Companys added value products. This will predominantly be an internal role; however, there may be a requirement to visit the North East location and local sites for ongoing training purposes.
Following up and reporting back on leads passed
Formulating quotations and providing a consultative sale to the client on all products the Company is able to supply
Producing prefabricated cage drawings
Producing beam layout drawings
Professionally deal with clients, engineers and intercompany colleagues
Maintain and update Prefabrication Production Planning Spreadsheet
Liaise with client and intercompany colleagues to ensure speedy resolution to any issues which may arise
Ensure all information passed to the relevant depot has been checked prior to manufacture
Utilising MS Office to produce Marketing literature as requested for e-marketing campaigns
Work speedily and to a high level of accuracy to ensure there are no production delays
Ongoing Product training will be given, and the Company is open to offering support to all employees that wish to commence additional study towards gaining industry recognised qualifications.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Proactive approach to work, able to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
High computer competence using MS office and MS outlook
An ability to understand Construction Drawings is advantageous although ongoing training will be offered to the right candidate
An ability to thrive in a continually changing environment
Good administrative skills
Team player
Good maths ability
Strong interpersonal skills with a can do attitude
Sales experience preferred but ongoing training will be offered to the right candidate
An understanding of the Construction Industry would be beneficial

Permanent contract
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
