The Graduate Account Manager will obtain a thorough knowledge of the company`s service and product offering. Using this knowledge, they`ll devise a territory plan and manage a portfolio of existing clients. You`ll attend client meetings, engaging with customers on a face to face basis in order to ensure their continued satisfaction with the company`s offering. Running targeted marketing campaigns, you`ll remain mindful of the ways in which to cross and upsell products to existing clients.

The Role:

- Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and their services in order to educate existing clients on further services the company can offer them
- Meet with clients face to face in order to ensure their continued satisfaction
- Run targeted marketing campaigns to improve product knowledge amongst your clients
- Develop rapport with customers in order to obtain referrals

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication skills
