PERMANENT INTERNAL RECRUITER
Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working alongside our prestigious expanding client that are based in the Milton Keynes area. Due to a rapid period of growth they are now looking to add an Internal Recruiter to their existing team on a Permanent basis.
We are looking for an individual that has recruitment experience within a contact centre environment ideally, or somebody that is able to demonstrate that they have recruited in a highly fast paced, high volume recruitment role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Locating qualified candidates and sourcing via their own job boards and professional associations. Working with hiring managers to fill positions in order to meet immediate and planned staffing needs.
Screens candidate application materials, such as cover letters, employment applications, resumes, recommendation letters, writing samples, etc. Conducts preliminary interviews to identify applicants who meet the requisite skills and qualifications for moving forward in the selection process.
Interacts with hiring managers to develop an understanding of job requirements. May assist managers in opening a job requisition. Communicates regularly with hiring manager to provide status updates.

Performs pre-employment tasks to include, scheduling candidate interviews and travel, submitting information for background checks, arranging testing, preparing new hiring paperwork and coordinating orientation.

Creates written job offers, communicates with selected candidates about conditional vs. final offers, salary and benefit terms.

Recommends, develops and ensures corporate recruiting objectives are met.

Establishes effective recruitment strategies using external contacts, advertising, job and career fairs, social media sites and talent networking along with other means to assist in the hiring of candidates.

Responsible for setting campaign strategy, pre-screening, testing and referring applicants for all positions throughout the company by analyzing the information provided by the candidate and determining the suitability of the applicant for employment
