A large and highly reputable Independent Fostering Agency are looking for Supervising Social Worker who will work from home to cover the Plymouth region. As the Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for continuing the growth and maintaining the fantastic reputation of the fostering agency.

Responsibilities:

* As the Supervising Social Worker, you will be supporting and supervising foster carers
* You will be responsible for the recruitment and training
* Manage fostering resources
* As the Supervising Social Worker, you will be completing assessments and Form F's to standards and presenting reports to panels
* Ensuring that allow of the organisations policies and procedures are followed

Requirements:

* You will need to be a Qualified Social Worker with a relevant qualification (DipSW/CQSW)
* You will need to be registered with (HCPC)
* You will need to have significant post qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker
* Significant experience within fostering
* You will have an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the current legislations and frameworks within Children Social Care and the Fostering sector
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
