We are currently looking for hard working, well motivated candidates for an exciting opportunity for one of out clients based in the Rugby area, Our client specialises in online sales and have an exciting position available. For the right candidates long term ongoing positions are available.

The key roles and responsibilities for this position are:

* working in the European online section of the warehouse

* picking and packing of customers online orders

* Inputting Data into in-house systems

* using voice technology systems to locate and pick orders

* Manual picking of orders

* Packing of orders

Candidates must wear safety boots and hi viz

Candidates must be reliable and trust worthy

Candidates must speak a suitable level of English in order to understand the voice operated machines / scanners

Able to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative

The rate of pay is as follows

?Sunday - Thursday shift 10.00 - 17.30 - pay rate is £10.76

Overtime for this shift after working 40 hrs is paid at £16.14

Sunday - Wednesday & Wednesday to Saturday shifts available

06.00 - 16.00 / 16.00 - 02.00

Pay rate is £8.24 for a day shift / £9.45 for a late shift

?Overtime rate after your 40 hrs will be paid at £12.36 for a day shift / £14.17 for a late shift

?Performance Bonuses are available for candidates that achieve their targets
