The Role

We have exciting opportunities for driven field salespeople to join our busy team as an Field Sales Executive within the non-maniacal industry on a permanent basis, focusing on working with the sales teams to generate revenue from new, existing and lapsed clients, through relationship management and effective sales techniques.

This role is predominantly field based, with each Field Sales Executive being responsible for there portfolio and maximising revenue from existing, lapsed and new Customers in a specific region of our customer base. Reporting to the Field Sales Director, a typical working day could include:

· Site visits, to survey and gain a robust understanding of client requirements, matching to services according

· Constant communication with the telesales team and Team Leader to discuss any new or developed business that requires follow up in the field.

· Achieving and exceeding personal KPI"s and playing a crucial role in the KPI"s of the sales team as a whole

The Field Sales Role is for field-based sales person with a real flair for building relationships and the drive to continually perform above expectations. You will be rewarded with an uncapped bonus structure, with reward being offered at and above targets set. In addition, a company vehicle or /allowance) tablet and mobile phone for use within your role will also be provided.
