A genuine opportunity to work in a Children in Need team to provide direct family support work only.

Buckinghamshire County Council have made the innovative move to split their children's services into Children in Need teams and Child Protection Court teams.

Within this role in the Children in Need team in Aylesbury you will deal with lower level cases and no child protection ones. In carrying out a lot of direct work to provide support to families the children's needs are addressed to prevent escalation to child protection / care proceedings.

Applicants are required to be HCPC registered Qualified Social Workers and car drivers with the use of their own car. You will also need to have post qualifying experience of working with children in need.
