I am looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers, competent with the design of highways and drainage schemes, based within the Norwich area. Due to a recent retirement, and an increase in the demand for their services, their Civil Infrastructure team requires another engineer to help them produce this work.
You need to be fully confident independently designing highways and drainage schemes, working in accordance with Section 38's, 104's and 278's, incorporating SuDs. Currently, they have a genuine variety of work on their books ranging from residential developments, schools and Universities to new build commercial/retail projects. They use Microdrainage as their main piece of software and it is expected you will be able to operate AutoCAD independently and have had a decent amount of exposure to the Microdrainage software.
Your day to day responsibilities will include the production of roads & drainage designs, liaising with local authorities with regards to adoptable sectional agreements and working alongside the company's other departments, Structural and Transport.
