The Company
My Client is well-established in the Print and Graphics industry, specialising in Large Format Print, Exhibitions, Signage and Display working with a number of clients across the UK.

They are now looking for a newProduction Manager to join their team!

The Role
The Production Manager will be accountable for the overall production process and have the following responsibilities; o Produce Production schedules and understand resources required to complete jobs o Monitor and adjust (if required) the production process o Be the main point of contact, effectively liaising between departments including Sales, Joinery, Fitting and Studio o Select and maintain the running of various printing equipment - and identifying training requirements for staff o Manage a team of workers and review performance

The Candidate
The Production Manager will have the following; o Previous senior level management experience - within the Graphics production industry is ideal o Negotiation skills to buy materials to keep within budget and time constraints o Ability to communicate effectively within different levels of peers - team, managers and clients o Computer literate to deal with various software programmes and technologies o Excellent planning and organisational skills
