We are a privately owned family business and have been specialising in property and lettings for over 20 years. We are not a letting agency. If you deal with Oakhills you deal directly with your landlord.

The property is located in Arthurs Hill. A popular student and professional area with a wide variety of local amenities and excellent transport links.

We offer evening and weekend viewings up to 7pm each day, Monday to Sunday. We like to be as flexible as possible when arranging a viewing for you.

With our Flexible All Inclusive contracts we offer both short and long term options. Any request is considered.

No deposit is required, simply pay a fee equal to one weeks rent.

All bills are included in one monthly rent payment.
