I have here a 2 Double Bedroom Terrace House that i have rented for the last 25 years!
It no longer serves any purpose to me and i would rather find myself something i want rather than something i don't want! So i am offering it for swaps!
Ideally i would like a narrowboat (local preferably)
Here is my idea, see what you think.
The house is currently on the market for £110,000 (if had offers don't think i have not) i owe around £60,000 on mortgage so my proposal is
A narrowboat worth around £60,000 and said owner capable of raising a mortgage for the outstanding amount on my house, thus the swap! You get a house mortgaged at £60k and i get a boat worth £60k or there abouts!
I must just point out that ive had the house decorated since the pictures were taken, so it looks a dam site fresher!
This is a genuine offer, no snags, blags or any other underhand involvement!
