We have a fantastic opening for Project Workers to join our brand new team providing support to our customers experiencing mental health issues in Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting time to join Genesis as we are recruiting to several roles across the Hertfordshire region. The primary focus of our services is to support customers in a range of areas, including improving independent life skills, finding employment, recovery from addiction and building stability through a range of social activities. A successful outcome is achieved when our customers can move on to suitable long-term accommodation appropriate to their needs.

Although previous supported housing experience would be suitable for this role, we are also looking for inspirational individuals who will seize the potential of making a difference in people's lives. We want to find motivational individual's that have a genuine interest working with vulnerable people and delivering a person-centred service.

The salary for the role is £ 17,137 per annum, subject to individual's performance it will go up to £18,500 p.a. Full time staff are expected to work 39 hours per week at flexible hours to accommodate our customers' needs.
