Content of the advertisement:

Basic skills are required:-

1) Familiar with and able to use crimping tools of various types

2) Able to use a hot air gun to fit heat shrink to cables

3) Familiar with and able to use soldering irons for fine soldering

4) Familiar with and able to use soldering tongs to fit co-ax contact pins

5) Able to read and comprehend cable drawings and work instructions

6) Familiar with using solder pots for tinning cables.

7) Able to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

A trade test will be required on the day of interview, tools will be provided.

Hours of work are 08:30 to 17:00 with an hour for breaks during the day.

Breaks are taken with consideration for the workload.

37.5 hours per week.

Possible temp to perm after 3 months for the right candidate.

1 months probation period to assess skill set.

If unable to attain required competency in that time the candidate will be let go.

Starting rate offered is £7.50 per hour to be increased as skill and training progresses.
