Senior Recruitment Consultant - Engineering Desk

Nottingham City Centre

Basic Salary - Up to £29,000 - OTE Up to £44,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Package

Encore have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Engineering team in Nottingham.

Your New Role:

In this role you will be supporting with existing canvass and dormant users, maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

* New business development and supporting with existing canvass and dormant users - maximising divisional profitability.
* Market Awareness - keeping on top of changes in the market place and identifying new areas of penetration.
* Arranging and attending pre qualified client meetings.
* Building rapport and developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential new clients.
* Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

* Up to to £29,000 dependent upon experience plus uncapped bonus payments which increase in line with performance. OTE circa £44k.

What makes a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant at Encore?

* Recruitment sales experience is essential. Experience within the Technical sector is advantageous but not essential.
* Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue/sales targets.
* Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
* Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates.
* Drive to succeed, enthusiastic, confident and career driven.
* Solutions focused - ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans/improvements are put in place for the future.
* Driving license and own car is essential.
