A successful Architectural Aluminium Fabricator of windows, doors, curtain walling and specialist glazing systems based in the West Midlands are recruiting for a Contracts Manager.

The role is to oversee commercial aluminium; windows, doors and curtain walling contracts. You will be responsible for coordinating site teams to ensure the timely, safe and profitable delivery of commercial projects, taking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-over. You be will working closely with their manufacturing department to co-ordinate the delivery of products and materials, ensuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress. Coordinating with the contracts team, liaising with site, suppliers and installers to ensure smooth running of projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience within the commercial aluminium installation market. You should be able to control multiple sites simultaneously, have a good understanding of commercial glazing contracts and an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. Previous managerial experience within the fenestration sector and a valid CSCS card are essential.
Good administration skills are a must and candidates must be competent users of Microsoft Office. Experience using MS Project is desirable.

Price / Salary: £35000 - £45000/annum
