A great opportunity has arisen for an IT support specialist whom is looking to progress further in their career. A small and basic outline of the role is as follows:
To support the delivery of ICT Services to the councils schools, partners and other customers in line with the ICT Strategy, policies and processes.

Key Objectives:
* Support the delivery ICT SLA services to schools
* Ensure effective support is in place in order to fulfil SLA obligations
* Create innovative service offerings in order to expand the service
* Promote the service, ensuring the ECC is the first choice for the boroughs schools

The successful candidate would have experience working in schools and have a full clean driving licence with access to a car.
