A global FMCG business with offices near Southampton is recruiting a Pricing Manager to support on all aspects of pricing process, compliance and development.

Key responsibilities of the Pricing Manager include:

- Building and maintaining a knowledge of the company's markets, products, customers and channels.
- Developing an understanding of the company's brands, market & competitor's pricing profile/propositions to support decision making.
- Working with the Sales, Marketing and Pricing teams to implement product and annual price changes.
- Establishing robust pricing reporting and analytics processes.
- Performing ad hoc reporting and analytics as required.
- Driving continuous improvement in pricing management process and practices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable matching skills and experience in a similar role gained in a large international business, probably within the FMCG, pharmaceutical or other related sector.
