Acorn Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of South West Water for an Assistant Analyst (Microbiology) on a temporary contract for approx 3 months.

The role will require the successful candidate to have experience working in a laboratory and be able to show evidence within both practical and manual skills.

The ability to follow set procedures / methods and to be able to record data accurately both hand written and electronic formats.

Good communicator,organised and motivated are also essential.

You will be working under laboratory conditions and therefore will be exposed to chemicals / hazardous substances.

Specific analytical training will be given in the lab

Hours are Monday - Friday 10.00 - 18.00 whilst in training and then will be on a rota pattern which will include weekends

Price / Salary: £8.62/hour
