Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our Client's team. Our Client is one Swindon's leading automotive companies, they are looking for a candidate that has a great customer service background to be the first point of contact for their customers.
Salary £16,000 - £18,000 (subject to experience)
Duties:

* Welcoming new customers
* Overseeing a busy switchboard
* Assist the Reception Team
* Carry out admin duties
* Help in running with the day to day duties of the Showroom

Skills:

* Able to deliver excellent customer service
* Great communication skills
* Confidence in dealing with high customer expectations
* Experience in the retail or hospitality industry
* Outgoing personality
