Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting a skilled CNC Programmer for an established client in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience as a programmer operator.

Principle Responsibilities: -

* Ability to produce precision components from a variety of engineering materials.
* Setting up materials for machining
* Knowledge of Mazak systems very desirable
* Ensure Quality Systems are adhered to
* Organise workload to ensure customer delivery dates are maintained
* Effective use of machinery and tooling set ups to achieve maximum production without detriment to the quality
* Maintain machinery and tooling.
* Report any problems that could affect the smooth running of the operation
* Maintain the highest level of safety and good housekeeping in line with safety procedures, governmental code of practice and statutory legislation
* Maintain effective communications with fellow employees and management
* Minimise the environmental effects of the processes by using consumables efficiently and disposing appropriately.

Person specification: -

* MUST have experience as a CNC Programmer.
* MUST have strong communication skills
* Must have knowledge of Mazak/Mazatrol
* Must be able to work on your own initiative and correctly plan your day to day workload.

This is a full time permanent position working on the following shift pattern.

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

Salary up to £30,000 Dependant on experience.
