We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join the management team at this superb retail operation in the Staffordshire region

Job Description:

* Responsible for achieving and exceeding the planned volumes and profitability of the sales department, managing the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles.
* Customer satisfaction and retention will be a main priority. You will ascertain that the customers buying journey is industry leading.
* Manage any customer issues, complaints and objections and guarantee they are solved successfully.
* Maximise and boost sales opportunities and profit by aiding the sales team in accomplishing KPI's.
* Managing a team of 5 Sales Executives and one Business Manager.

Experience Required:

* Motor retail sales management experience is essential
* The successful candidate will be able to manage a team effectively with a positive, hands on approach.
* Capable of motivating and growing a sales team to achieve industry leading sales and customer service.

Car Sales Manager - Salary and benefits:

* £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
* £60,000 - £65,000 OTE
* Company Car
* Pension Scheme
