Full Stack Web Developer

Up to £45k
Our client a large software company are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is for a dynamic and driven full-stack web developer to bring his/her knowledge and experience to help us expand and build our portfolio of products.
Experience in the convenience, point of sale or retail back office environments is a benefit.
Responsibilities

- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable JavaScript and C# code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automatisation

Essential Skills

- Proficient in JavaScript and C# with a good knowledge of their ecosystems
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Ember.js or others
- Experience with the ASP.NET framework and Web API infrastructure
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
- Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
- Knack for writing clean, readable C# and JavaScript code
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
- Familiarity with continuous integration

Price / Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum
