Project Manager - New Build Residential
Have you experience Project Managing a residential development? Do you have experience as number 1 on site and running a project from start to finish? If so this may be the opportunity for you.
I am currently working with a developer on an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a £18 million project in North London. The successful post holder will be responsible for the construction of this 70 unit development reporting in to a visiting Contracts Manager. The project comprises a mix of both or RC Frame and traditional build units and will be finished to a mid range spec.

Responsibilities:
* The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all site staff.
* Liaising with the wider project teams, ensuring the programme is bought in on time and in budget.
* Seeing the project through from its current stage all the way to handover.
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Hands on attitude and a track record of delivering on projects of a similar size
* RC Frame experience
* Stable career history with a contractor or developer in the London residential market
