A growing enterprise within the Bournemouth area are looking for an experienced Trainer to join their dynamic and innovative team! This role is responsible for the training, development and coaching of multiple divisions within the business and a chance to make an impact with their e-learning modules.

As a key Trainer within the business you will need to be able to demonstrate that you have a proven track record of working with customer service teams, delivering coaching and be able to create training modules. You will help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge and liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. A key focus for the role is to monitor employee performance and response to training, conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
